1. About DUSO

DUSO is an on-demand vehicle care platform providing doorstep car wash services through a mobile-based booking system.

 

2. Service Availability

Services are subject to availability based on location and time slots.

DUSO reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to operational limitations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Service timing may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.

 

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through the official DUSO mobile app.

Customers must provide accurate contact details and service location.

Payments must be completed through approved digital payment methods.

Pricing displayed at booking confirmation is final unless additional services are requested.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings within the timeframe specified in the app.

Late cancellations may attract applicable charges.

DUSO reserves the right to cancel services due to safety issues, extreme weather conditions, or operational challenges.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe and accessible parking space for service.

Ensure the vehicle is accessible for cleaning.

Remove personal valuables from the vehicle.

Provide necessary access if required as per service guidelines.

DUSO is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

 

6. Service Limitations

Service results may vary depending on vehicle condition.

Deep stains, scratches, dents, or pre-existing damage may not be removable through standard wash packages.

DUSO is not liable for existing vehicle damage discovered during service.

 

7. Liability

DUSO takes reasonable care while servicing vehicles.

Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the value of the booked service.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with DUSO are protected and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

 

9. Changes to Terms

DUSO reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
